How it works

  1. Raise a request — message us on WhatsApp or the contact page with your order number and reason, within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Doorstep pickup — our courier partner collects the item from your address, usually within 2 working days.
  3. Quality check — items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  4. Refund or exchange — refunds go back to your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Size exchanges ship free, once per order.

Please note

Items without original tags, or showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration cannot be accepted. Colours of hand-block inspired prints may vary slightly between pieces — that's the nature of the craft, not a defect.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, netbanking, and wallets — processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Reach us with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours and arrive in 3–7 business days anywhere in India. Shipping is free above ₹1,999; a flat ₹79 applies below that.

Do you ship across India?

Yes — we deliver to 27,000+ pincodes through trusted courier partners, with live tracking on every order.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Easy returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days after pickup. Full details on the Returns & Exchanges page.

How do exchanges work?

Size not right? One free size exchange per order — just message us with your order number and the size you need.

How do I pick my size?

Every product page has a size guide with bust, waist, and length measurements. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a relaxed drape.

How should I care for ajrakh prints?

Gentle machine wash cold with like colours, dry in shade, iron on reverse. Natural-dye prints soften and deepen beautifully with wear.
